Ali's Catering and Food Distribution, LLC started in 2001 starting with individual deliveries in the neighborhood then we stared bulk delivery to meetings, parties, weddings and school events we serve east African, Middle east, and American dish mostly our food is ethnic, the kind of spices we use makes the different taste in our food.

The food will be safe when we use the combro-comcarts to keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold. We might deliver much food sometimes it depends abound the order but some times the order will be singles and the singles might be in quantities.

For weddings, schools and special occasions will be a much, but we will be catering in a safe way, using the carts to keep the food hot for at least 8 hours but the maximum time for keeping the food in our containers is between 30 min - 2 hours using full size hot sheet pans or that can go deep into the combo carts using steel pans or aluminum pans for one time use, this will be kept in the rails in a adjusted way, door will locked into bottom catch rail for easy access.

In September of 2008 we stared to work out of a new kitchen located at Mogadishu Mall at 3005 Cedar Ave S Minneapolis, MN 55407. There are 70% bulk deliveries and 30%, single serving deliveries and we serve both orders. the bulk orders will be daily for schools but different menu we contracting with schools to serve lunch, We do catering, (breakfast, lunch and dinner), for all special events, i.e. weddings, parties, and meetings.
